Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation, Social Media, Research & General Admin Tasks
Pay:

$3/hour during the 30-day trial period (with potential increases based on performance).

Performance Bonuses available after three months of employment, based on performance and milestones.

About Us: At Tabora Trusted, we provide real estate, notary, life insurance, and apostille services, and we’re looking for a talented Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in lead generation, social media management, research, and customer service. You’ll be responsible for driving growth across our various services while supporting our team’s operations.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Find and qualify leads for real estate, notary, life insurance, and apostille services.

Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts, manage social media accounts, and engage with followers.

Cold Calling, Email Marketing, & Direct Messaging: Actively reach out to potential clients, cold call prospects, send marketing emails, and engage via DMs.

Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries and assist with bookings, follow-ups, and general inquiries.

Schedule & Booking Management: Manage calendars for appointments and service bookings, ensuring smooth operations.

Research: Conduct research on various topics related to our services, competitors, and industry trends.

General VA Tasks: Admin support including data entry, CRM management, and more.

Skills & Requirements:

Previous experience in lead generation, social media management, research, and general VA duties.

Familiarity with tools like CRM platforms, social media schedulers, and email marketing tools is a plus.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).

Ability to manage client relationships in the life insurance and notary sectors (training provided if needed).

Must be able to work in EST hours.

Willingness to be flexible and work on diverse tasks across different services.

Must be comfortable working in a hybrid pay structure with a trial period and potential for bonuses after three months.

Bonuses & Commission Structure (Available After 3 Months):
Lead Generation Bonus (Booked Consultations):
$25 for 5 consultations ? $5 per consultation

$50 for 10 consultations ? $5 per consultation

$100 for 20 consultations ? $5 per consultation

Real Estate Bonus (Closed Transactions):
$100 for 1 closed deal

$200 for 2+ closed deals

Life Insurance Bonus (Closed Policies):
$50 for 2 closed policies ? $25 per policy

$100 for 5 closed policies ? $20 per policy

Notary & Apostille Bonus (Completed Services):
$30 for 10 completed services ? $3 per service

$70 for 25 completed services ? $2.80 per service

Weekly Consistency Bonus (Performance-Based):
$20 per week for hitting weekly targets (leads, outreach, client engagement).

Referral Bonus (Extra Earnings):
$50 for each hired VA referral

$100 for client referrals that lead to closed deals

Performance Milestones & Pay Raises:

30-day trial period: Start at $3/hour to assess performance.

After 30 days: Increase to $3.50/hour if goals are met.

After 60 days: Increase to $4/hour if performance improves.

After 90 days: Increase to $5–$6/hour for consistent, high-performing teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Bonuses: Available after three months of employment based on performance.

Test Task:
As part of the application process, we require candidates to complete a brief test task to showcase their skills. Please choose one of the following:

Lead Generation: Find contact details for a sample list and send a brief outreach email or message.

Social Media Task: Create a social media post to promote one of our services (real estate, life insurance, or notary).

Cold Calling Script: Write a script for cold calling or emailing leads in one of our service sectors (e.g., real estate, life insurance).

Customer Service Response: Respond to a simulated client inquiry about our services in a professional manner.

Research Task: Conduct research on a specific topic related to our services (e.g., industry trends, competitor analysis) and summarize the findings.
