Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Virtual Assistant for InnovaGuest
Hiring an experienced virtual assistant for InnovaGuest, to help us with our lead generation strategy, prospecting, CRM management, cold outreach & appointment setting.

InnovaGuest is looking for an experienced & flexible virtual assistant to join our growing hospitality CRM &
This is a freelance role, ideal for dedicated & professional virtual assistants seeking ongoing, long-term collaboration. You will work alongside the founder to help develop our sales & lead generation processes, in direct, daily comms.
You must be experienced in lead generation & appointment setting, with experience working with CRMs. Ideally, you would have experience using tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Attio, Folk CRM, Clay, Linkedin Sales Navigator, or other lead generation tools. You must also have a high English proficiency level, as you will be in communications with both our team & our clients. Experience working with other agencies, consultants, or service providers is preferred.
You SHOULD apply if you already have experience providing lead generation services to agencies, consultants, or service providers, with a clear understanding of what strategies & tools you need to use to deliver results. You should NOT apply if you do not have any experience working in lead generation.
We need a highly motivated, committed & professional virtual assistant for our team, who cares about their work & cares about delivering results. You should be fast & flexible, able to start quickly, implementing experience, strategies, tools & practices that you have used in your previous work. You should also be comfortable using AI as a part of your workflow, for efficiency, productivity, & scalability.

What the Role Involves Day-to-Day:
Lead Generation:
- Prospecting hospitality businesses (restaurants, hotels, vacation rentals) using tools like OpenTable, LinkedIn, Instagram & Google Maps.
- Following ICP documentation, to ensure each lead recorded is fitting & high-quality.
- Recording, managing & organising leads inside our CRM.
- Capturing verified contact details, such as
Cold Outreach & Appointment Setting:
- Responsible for cold outreach, using platforms like Instagram, Linkedin & Cold
- Following up with leads consistently & in a timely manner.
- Recording contacts & touchpoints, as well as key details, in our CRM.
- Appointment setting, using the founder’s calendar.
- Following-up with booked calls, to ensure a high show rate.
Additional Tasks:
- Setting up new lead generation & prospecting tools.
- Building sales/lead generation workflows.
What Success Looks Like:
After 90 days, you'll be a high-performing virtual assistant if you are able to achieve these benchmarks:
- Prospecting & generating consistently high-quality leads & verified contact details, with 95-99?curacy.
- Booking 2-5+ meetings with ICP or market-qualified leads each week.
- Sending
- Following up with every lead a total of 3x times (1st contact + 2 follow-ups), every time.
- Ensuring every lead receives a response in no more than 12-24 hours on weekdays.
- Ensuring a show-up rate of 66-75%+.
What You Need For the Role:
- Must have a native or bilingual English proficiency level.
- Must be available for 20-30 hours/week.
- 2+ years of lead generation, prospecting & appointment setting experience.
- Experience using lead generation & CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, Attio).
- Comfortable adjusting working hours to European & North American timezones.
Character Skills Required:
- Communication, great speaker & writer, conversational, with fluent English.
- Fast-mover, able to develop, iterate, & execute new strategies quickly.
- Leadership, owning their area of work, suggesting new approaches & improvements.
- Attention to detail, focusing on the minor details that make the difference.
- Proactive at suggesting improvements, flagging issues, not waiting to be told.
- Collaborative team player, with both tea
- Positive, enthusiastic and passionate, bringing everybody up.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $3-7 Hourly rate, that increases over time.
- Fully remote, work from anywhere, with time & timezone flexibility.

- $520 yearly Language Learning Stipend (after 3-month trial period).
