Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive individuals who are excited to grow with us and make an impact in the real estate investing space. Your primary responsibilities will be managing our texting platforms (Launch Control & Smarter Contact), setting appointments, transferring leads into our CRM (Freshsales), and occasionally researching comparable properties.

At NeoVista Development and Freedom Estate Partners, we specialize in land real estate investing, focusing on acquiring and adding value to properties.
NeoVista Development operates as a professional real estate firm handling land flipping, subdivision entitlements, and strategic development projects. We work closely with investors, landowners, and developers to maximize property value.
Freedom Estate Partners focuses on distressed property acquisitions, helping landowners navigate complex situations such as tax liens, heir issues, and financial hardships by offering fast and fair solutions.
We're looking to bring on our first outside employee to help us scale our operations as we increase our marketing spend.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate Launch Control & Smarter Contact to send and respond to leads with empathy.
- Qualify leads based on our investment criteria.
- Set appointments for me to speak with motivated sellers.
- Transfer leads into our CRM (Freshsales) and keep records updated.
- Occasionally research and analyze comparable property values (comps) to support deal evaluations.
- Provide daily reports on campaign performance and lead status.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) – must communicate clearly and professionally.
- Experience in real estate lead generation, cold texting, or CRM management is preferred.
- Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural in text conversations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately.
- Experience with text marketing tools (Launch Control, Smarter Contact) and CRM systems (Freshsales) is a plus.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (flexible but aligned with our schedule).

Compensation & Work Schedule:
- Competitive pay + performance-based bonuses
- Part-time or full-time, depending on experience & workload
- Remote position – must have a stable internet connection
- Two 30-minute video meetings per week checking in on activity and goals
- We have a hi-trust policy and want you to do your best work with full autonomy
