JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly competent Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support our fast-growing insurance and financial services team in the United States.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can work efficiently in a remote environment. This is a full-time position working on US Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the team and leadership
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Handle emails, correspondence, and follow-ups professionally
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
Manage data entry, lead tracking, and CRM updates
Perform research and other ad-hoc tasks as needed

Requirements:

Excellent command of both written and spoken English (very strong communication skills)
Highly proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong computer literacy and fast learner of new tools
Highly organized, reliable, and can work independently
Must be willing to work US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
At least 1–2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant (preferred but not required)
