JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Workflow Management
• Build, edit, and optimize workflows and automations to improve efficiency.
• Identify tasks, allocate responsibilities, and set clear timelines for completion.
• Continuously refine processes to align with company objectives.

Social Media Management
• Post videos across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Add captions and make simple video edits for better engagement.
• Manage Facebook group reminders for client classes.


Email
& Client Communication
• Send out emails and create email campaigns.
• Maintain communication with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and deliverables.

Project & Administrative Support
• Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Handle data collection, spreadsheet updates, and other administrative duties.
• Schedule appointments and manage email correspondence.

What We’re Looking For
• Tech-savvy with experience using GoHighLevel CRM.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• High-level English proficiency (both written and spoken).
• Ability to think strategically and manage priorities effectively.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
