Virtual Assistant - Funnels, Automation, & Lead Management

About Us:
Autopreneur Club is the company behind the Wheel Estate™ Ecosystem — we turn cars into income-producing assets. We are expanding and need a skilled Virtual Assistant to help us build and optimize our digital systems.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a tech-savvy VA who specializes in building funnels, managing automations, and handling lead workflows. You’ll work closely with our marketing and operations teams to keep our digital machine running smoothly while driving lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and optimize sales funnels (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Kartra, or similar).

Create and maintain automations (email/SMS sequences, CRM workflows, Zapier integrations).

Assist in building and updating our apps/platforms ( ---------- , custom apps, or similar).

Manage lead intake ? track, nurture, and move prospects through the pipeline.

Run reporting dashboards for funnel performance and conversion.

Collaborate with the team to improve processes and systems for scaling.


Qualifications:

Experience with funnel builders (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Kartra, Leadpages, etc.).

Strong knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Integromat, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot).

Comfortable working with apps & platforms ( ---------- experience is a plus).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proactive and self-driven — able to manage tasks independently.


Bonus Skills:

Graphic design for landing pages/social posts (Canva, Photoshop).

Video editing for short-form content.

Knowledge of paid ads and traffic generation.
