JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a high-performing Virtual Assistant to join our fast-growing Australian construction company, specialising in custom homes, large-scale renovations, and additions.

This is a full-time, long-term role for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident taking ownership of systems and processes. We are committed to finding the right person and are open to negotiating salary for the best candidate.

Role Overview
- You will be working closely with our team across:
- Buildertrend, adding in client info, correct cost codes to estimates, Purchase orders, adding documents, Sending documents
tracking cost on Buildertrend.
- CRM Go high Level and adding leads from GHL to Buildertrend.
- General admin task.
- Weekly tea ---------- etings via Zoom
- Email will be main communication and Whatsapp.

- You will play a key role in maintaining systems, improving workflows, and supporting the operational side of the business.
- Key Skills & Experience Required
- Exceptional written English with strong spelling and grammar
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong sense of ownership — you actively improve systems and processes
- Confident communicator who is comfortable speaking up and reporting to the team

Proficient with:
- Email, Facebook, and instant messaging apps
- Buildertrend.
- Excel and Google Sheets
- CRM systems (experience with Go High Level preferred)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with a building or construction company

Preferred experience with:
- Buildertrend
- Go High Level
- QuickBooks
- Experience tracking costs in Buildertrend
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience highly regarded
