Virtual Assistant – Franchise Research & Outreach (Part-Time)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help identify and qualify franchise opportunities for our consulting business.

This role is focused on research, outreach, and qualifying franchise brands — not general admin work.

???? Responsibilities:

Research franchise brands based on specific criteria provided
Identify:
Business model (B2B, home services, healthcare, etc.)
Investment range
Target market
Contact franchise companies via email or phone to ask key questions

Confirm:
If they work with brokers/consultants
If they offer referral or placement fees
Territory availability in specific cities
Track and organize findings in a simple spreadsheet
Provide clear summaries of findings

???? Outreach Responsibilities:

You will be expected to:


Email and occasionally call franchise companies
Ask 3–4 simple qualifying questions
Report back clearly and accurately
