WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
This role is focused on onboarding new clients into our systems using proven GoHighLevel frameworks and detailed SOPs.
Approximately 90% of our systems are already built.
Your responsibility is to ensure every client account is customized, configured correctly, QA tested thoroughly, and deployed successfully.
Your daily and weekly responsibilities will include:
- Creating and setting up client sub-accounts inside GoHighLevel
- Following structured onboarding SOPs step-by-step
- Updating client branding, company information, messaging, and settings
- Configuring forms, calendars, workflows, and integrations
- QA testing onboarding systems to ensure everything functions correctly
- Updating and improving SOP documentation as processes evolve
- Managing onboarding tasks and progress inside Asana
- Tracking onboarding status and operational data inside Google Sheets
- Communicating clearly with the team regarding blockers, updates, and completed work

08:00 to 16:00 EDT (Florida, USA)
