Virtual Assistant – FAST Growing Marketing Agency

What You'll Do:

We're a fast growing marketing agency . We're looking for a VA to own four specific tasks so our founder can focus on hiring setters, running calls, and scaling. If you're fast, detail-oriented, and can follow a process exactly, this is for you.

What You'll Do:

GHL Client Onboarding — Set up new client accounts in GoHighLevel, load contacts, configure automations, create folders. About 2-3 hours per client. We're signing 1-2 clients per week.

SMS Scheduling + Number Buying — Buy phone numbers on our SMS provider, upload contact lists, schedule bulk SMS campaigns. We send 3,000 SMS per day. About 1.5-2 hours per week of active work. You handle 90%; I stay looped in on performance and to give you the sheets you need to upload and schedule (15-20 min/week check-in).

Daily Tracking Updates — Update two sheets: SMS tracking (replies, dials, qualified calls) and closing tracking (appointments booked, shows, closes). 10 minutes per day.

Campaign Setup for Clients — When we sign a new client, you create their SMS campaign from a template, set messaging, configure landing pages if needed. About 1-2 hours per new client.

Following SOPs and helping build new ones
Doing whatever it takes to free up the founder’s time


? Requirements:
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

Great at following SOPs and taking initiative when none exist

Knows their way around Google Drive, Slack, Loom, Meta Ads and go high level(basic)

Quick learner, fast executor — no hand-holding needed

Hungry to grow inside a fast-moving team

Experience with agencies or online businesses a bonus
