JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and highly organized Virtual Assistant to manage email communications and coordinate meeting schedules. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and organize email inboxes
* Respond to inquiries and route messages appropriately
* Schedule, confirm, and coordinate meetings and appointments
* Maintain and update calendars across different time zones
* Send meeting reminders and follow-ups
* Prepare meeting links and coordinate virtual meeting platforms
* Organize files, documents, and contact lists
* Provide general administrative and back-office support

Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* Experience using Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, Microsoft Outlook, or similar tools
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* High attention to detail and professionalism
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience handling executive calendars
* Familiarity with CRM or project management tools
* Previous remote work experience
