Virtual Assistant – E-Commerce & Content Support (Outdoor Fitness Brand)

Job Overview:

We’re a small but growing U.S.-based e-commerce brand focused on outdoor fitness, hiking, and adventure gear. We’re looking for a reliable, organized Virtual Assistant to help manage product research, blog posting, email content, and community engagement using structured SOPs and AI tools like ChatGPT.

This role is best for someone who enjoys repeatable systems, is self-directed, and can follow clear instructions using tools like Canva, Google Sheets, and Shopify.

Hours & Compensation:
• 20 hours per week
• $50 USD per week
• Time-tracked using EasyPay (required)
• Long-term opportunity with potential for growth in pay and responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Schedule content across Facebook and Instagram using Upgrade to see actual info prompts
• Turn blog articles into email newsletters and social captions
• Research trending outdoor products using TikTok, Google, and Amazon
• Write basic product listings using ChatGPT and upload to Shopify
• Engage in a Facebook Group by posting, commenting, and tracking metrics
• Submit weekly update reports and track key metrics in Google Sheets

Required Skills:
• Strong written English
• Familiarity with Canva, Google Docs, Google Sheets
• Basic Shopify knowledge (or willingness to learn)
• Able to use ChatGPT or follow prompt-based workflows
• Reliable internet, communication, and attention to detail

Preferred (but not required):
• Experience with email marketing tools like Klaviyo
• Understanding of SEO, product research, or basic digital marketing
• Interest in hiking, fitness, or travel (bonus if you enjoy the outdoors!)
