We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Virtual Assistant to help us generate leads and manage our online presence through various digital marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
Manage Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and generate quality leads.
Create and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers.
Content Creation:
Develop and execute a content calendar for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Create engaging and relevant content (posts, images, videos) that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
Write and edit blog posts, email newsletters, and other marketing materials to support our content strategy.
Social Media Management:
Regularly post content on our social media pages to maintain an active online presence.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
Analyze social media metrics to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide regular reports on key metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Provide recommendations to optimize campaigns and enhance lead generation efforts.
Requirements:

Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and content creation.
Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for engagement.
Excellent writing and editing skills with a creative mindset.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in the home remodeling or construction industry.
Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of CRM software and email marketing platforms.
