Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage customer communication across email and Instagram DMs. You’ll be the voice of our brand—ensuring every customer has a smooth, positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via email and Instagram DMs in a timely manner
- Assist customers with order tracking, product questions, and general support
- Handle refunds, replacements, and complaints professionally
- Maintain a friendly, helpful, and brand-aligned tone in all communications
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve customer experience

Requirements

- Previous customer service experience (required)
- Excellent English writing and reading skills (clear, natural, and professional)
- Strong attention to detail (no careless mistakes or missed information)
- Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Fast learner who can follow systems and processes
