## Role Overview
You will be responsible for handling incoming customer enquiries, answering phone calls, scheduling cleaning jobs, processing payments, updating our CRM, and coordinating with cleaning teams.
This is a customer-facing role, so excellent communication skills are essential.

## Responsibilities
### Customer Service
* Answer inbound calls from customers
* Respond to enquiries via phone,
* Provide accurate information about our services
* Follow up with leads and customers when required
### Scheduling & Coordination
* Schedule and reschedule cleaning appointments
* Coordinate job assignments with cleaning teams
* Ensure cleaners receive job details and updates
* Manage cancellations and schedule changes
### CRM Management
* Create and update customer records
* Track leads and bookings
* Maintain accurate notes and job information
* Keep the CRM organized and up to date
### Payment Processing
* Send payment requests and invoices
* Process customer payments through our payment system
* Record payment status in the CRM
* Follow up on outstanding payments
### General Administration
* Maintain communication between customers and cleaners
* Resolve basic customer concerns
* Assist with daily operational tasks as required

### Non-Negotiable
