Virtual Assistant (Creative Support)

Join us as a Virtual Assistant (Creative Support) and help bring our marketing campaigns to life across digital, print, and event materials. You will play a key role in supporting our design creation for marketing (exhibition team) and brand activation work for upcoming fairs and promotions.

Responsibilities

•? ?Create, update, and refine visuals based on clear design briefs
•? ?Produce artworks and images for marketing use
•? ?Help create visuals that attract customers and support brand goals
•? ?Adapt and prepare design assets for fairs, brand activations, and online campaigns
•? ?Design digital materials such as banners, social media posts, product highlights, and promotional graphics
•? ?Do basic visual research and check competitor designs for ideas and improvements
•? ?Make sure all visuals follow our brand guidelines
•? ?Work closely with the Marketing and Brand Activation teams on updates, approvals, and design needs
•? ?Keep files organised, labelled, and updated for easy tracking
•? ?Support other creative or administrative tasks when needed

Requirements

•? ?Good skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.) is a plus
•? ?Able to turn ideas into clear, attractive visuals
•? ?Positive, energetic, and willing to take on new challenges
•? ?Able to adjust to changing tasks and processes
•? ?Communicates clearly with tea ---------- mbers and external partners
