JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant (Part-Time) | Content + Marketing + Life Support

We’re a husband-and-wife team building a growing online business, building online presence, and looking for a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant to help us stay consistent, execute faster, and build ---------- ntum.

This role is content-first (your main focus), with some light admin and life organization support. You will have full access to AI tools to help you with your work.

*** Primary Focus: Content & Marketing Execution (MOST IMPORTANT)
You will help us go from “ideas everywhere” ? “consistent execution every week.”
Core Responsibilities
Plan and maintain a weekly content calendar
Organize ideas from notes, chats, and brainstorms into a clear system
Draft and schedule social media posts (LinkedIn + short-form content)
Repurpose content across platforms (posts ? captions ? ideas)
Research trends, topics, and viral content
Help ensure we are posting consistently (this is key)



*** Secondary: Content Curation (Reaction-Style Videos)
Find viral/trending videos to react to
Organize clips into a structured content queue
Suggest hooks, captions, and angles
Assist with posting and basic engagement

*** Business Support (Light)
Research tools, freelancers, or resources (ads, website, etc.)
Help us find and vet talent when needed
Organize information into simple, actionable summaries


*** Personal / Family Support (Light)
Help manage calendar and scheduling
Research activities, services, or trips
Assist with bookings, reminders, and simple life admin



*** What We’re Looking For
Extremely organized (you create structure where there is none)
Proactive (you don’t wait to be told what to do)
Strong research + problem-solving skills
Familiar with social media + content workflows
Familiar with AI tools
Clear and professional communicator
Comfortable with tools like ChatGPT, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.
Family oriented


*** Bonus skills:
Experience with content creation, captions, or short-form video
Experience working with entrepreneurs or startups



*** Hours & Pay
Part-time: 10–20 hours/week (to start)
Flexible schedule
Remote
