Seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant with a strong background in commercial insurance to support our growing agency. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day servicing of commercial insurance accounts.
Process policy changes, certificates of insurance, endorsements, and renewals.
Communicate with carriers, clients, and underwriters professionally and promptly.
Prepare proposals, summaries, and documentation for new and renewal business.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with agency standards.
Support producers and account managers with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Most know how to fill out Acords 125, 126,140 ,130, 25,28,27
Most know how to use QQ Catalysis
Most Know Agency ZOOM
Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance (required).
Familiarity with common insurance agency management systems and carrier portals.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote setting.
Must be able to provide professional references from past insurance roles.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with AMS360, Applied Epic, or similar agency management systems.
Knowledge of personal lines insurance (a plus, but not required).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
