Virtual Assistant - Client Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our dynamic media business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating biweekly Google Presentations/PowerPoint updates for our clients. These presentations will highlight the success and progress in various key performance areas, including impressions, views, engagement, revenue generated, appointments booked, SEO traffic, and leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Presentation Creation:

Develop visually appealing and data-driven presentations using Google Slides/PowerPoint.
Ensure presentations are clear, concise, and professionally formatted.
Data Collection and Analysis:

Gather data from various sources including social media platforms, SEO tools, and ad performance reports.
Analyze and interpret data to highlight key metrics and performance indicators.
Report Generation:

Create biweekly reports that showcase progress in impressions, views, engagement, revenue, appointments, SEO traffic, and leads.
Include insights and recommendations based on the data analysis.
Client Communication:

Collaborate with the team to understand client goals and expectations.
Customize reports to meet the specific needs and objectives of each client.
Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in data presentation and visualization.
Continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of client reports.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably in a media or digital marketing environment.
Proficiency in Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with social media platforms, SEO tools, and digital marketing metrics is a plus.
