We help agents maximize their potential — and we’re looking for a reliable, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to join our team and lead our client launch call process.

Role Overview
As our Client Launch Call Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for new clients starting their journey with us. You’ll be responsible for leading Zoom launch calls, walking clients through their systems (including GoHighLevel), setting up Facebook ---------- , verifying payment processors, and ensuring a smooth and confident handoff into our coaching and support programs.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct launch calls via Zoom with new clients (1-on-1 and small group format).

Guide clients through their GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM account setup.

Assist with connecting Facebook Business Manager and ---------- .

Familiar with payment processors like Stripe, PayPal, etc.

Ensure client accounts are fully activated and functional (emails, domains, automations, etc.).

Coordinate with internal teams to complete CRM configurations and troubleshoot client tech issues.

Maintain clear documentation of all client onboarding statuses and update internal tracking tools.

Deliver a great first impression — calm, confident, helpful, and always client-first.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) – You must be comfortable navigating pipelines, automations, calendar booking, snapshots, and email/SMS integrations.

Working knowledge of payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) — setting up, connecting to GHL, and basic troubleshooting.

Zoom proficiency — confident leading video calls, screen sharing, and helping clients in real-time.

Google Workspace / Google Suite — Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.

Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

Fast learner with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
