JOB OVERVIEW

Experience not required but ideal! We help students get into Medical school and you could be apart of this amazing outcome too! As long as you're willing to learn and passionate about helping ensure students have a smooth journey within our programmes :) No prior knowledge needed, all training is provided.

Salary: base + commission/bonus for retention, upsell, testimonials, reaching KPIs etc. The budget shown on the post is not a cap but a potential estimate of the salary. However this may vary and can be higher with good performance.

Looking for a friendly and approachable tea ---------- mber to take care of our students. This is everything from onboarding new students, to regular check ins on their progress, ensuring they are receiving our services, dealing with any complaints (rare), etc. You will develop a close relationship with our students in this manner, and also work closely with our other tea ---------- mbers to ensure our students leave happy and even want to continue working with us further. Everyone is friendly and superb at their roles!

You will work closely with the founders. And as we are a small team, we're looking for A* and proactive tea ---------- mbers who although don't really need experience, is willing to learn and voice out new ideas in line with the company goals. Your opinions would actually matter and you may actually see things to fruition and make an actual impact within the company!

Requirements
1. FULL-TIME, including weekends, with weekdays off. Either 9 hours/day for 5 days/week or 8 hours/day for 6 days/week (salary will differ ; either way, initial training period is 6 days a week, then may be able to adjust to 5 days a week after the onboarding process).
2. Excellent English speaking skills, with a clear and NEUTRAL accent - this is a must.
3. Stable internet connection and a quiet, professional working environment (no background noise).
4. Available to hop on video/voice calls and communicate confidently with students and parents as part of customer success.
5. Responsible for updating and maintaining databases/CRM, ensuring student, parent, and internal records are accurate and up to date.
