Role Overview
We are hiring a focused, reliable Virtual Assistant to run daily Instagram outreach using the IG Method. The goal is simple: follow new prospects, start conversations with real estate agents, book new clients, and help fill our calendar. This role is fully dedicated to prospecting, following up, and tracking all lead activity.
Key Responsibilities
Daily IG Method Outreach
? Search for real estate agents in our target areas
? Send outreach messages using provided templates
? Follow up with warm leads
? Track every conversation in the lead tracker
? Move prospects toward booking shoots or calls
Engagement
? Engage with local agents through likes, comments, and story replies
? Maintain friendly, professional communication style
Lead Management
? Update CRM or tracking sheet daily
? Tag leads based on interest level
? Notify the team instantly when a lead wants to book
Reporting
? Send daily EOD report summarizing:
? Number of DMs sent
? New conversations
? Warm leads
? Potential bookings
? Identify trends, strong scripts, and areas for improvement
Skills & Requirements
? Strong written English
? Confident using Instagram (search, DMs, hashtags, stories)
? Able to follow scripts and messaging guidelines
? Organized and consistent with daily targets
? Experience with sales, outreach, or real estate is a bonus
? Must be reliable with strong work ethic

Compensation
