ABOUT US
Cabinetry & Millwork Concepts specializes in commercial cabinetry and architectural millwork for medical, financial, and educational workspaces. We create cabinets, countertops, architectural millwork, and other casework for offices, lobbies, boardrooms, classrooms, locker rooms, and more.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant & Bookkeeper to support daily administrative and bookkeeping tasks, ensuring smooth operations across scheduling, document management, and financial workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 - Administrative Support
- Manage and coordinate the owner’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Organize and oversee document flow, ensuring timely completion and filing.
- Create and maintain key task lists for the owner and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Answer basic emails and handle general correspondence.
- Potentially answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.

2 - Bookkeeping and Financial Tasks
- Create and process purchase orders accurately.
- Manage the three-way match process (comparing purchase orders, invoices, and receipts).
- Check and verify payment statuses and invoice details in Upgrade to see actual info.
- Track and manage financial documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

3 - Procurement & Order Management
- Place and track orders for raw materials via online portals, email, or phone.
- Maintain supplier communication and follow up on order statuses.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of purchases.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Bookkeeper.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Expertise with Upgrade to see actual info and QuickBooks Online.
- Experience with Upgrade to see actual info.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Top-tier written and spoken English.
