Virtual Assistant – Automation & Hands-on experience with Claude code

**About the role**
We are looking for a smart, self-motivated virtual assistant who loves learning new tools and finding ways to automate repetitive tasks. This is a long-term, full-time position with room to grow.

You do NOT need a degree. We care about what you can do and how fast you learn.

**What you will be doing**
- Setting up automated workflows Hands-on experience with Claude code
- Connecting apps and services so they work together automatically (for example: forms, emails, spreadsheets, CRMs)
- Using AI tools like ChatGPT to help with writing, research, and content tasks
- Finding ways to save time by automating tasks that are currently done manually
- Helping build and improve systems over time as our needs grow

**What we are looking for**
- Someone who is curious and loves figuring things out on their own
- Experience with any automation tool (Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar) is a big plus
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT in your daily work
- Good English communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and available during agreed hours
- Self-taught background is totally fine — we love people who taught themselves
