We are hiring a Virtual Assistant for a fast-paced U.S.-based home service company.

This is a serious, long-term role. This is not a backup job or something to “try out.”

If you are unreliable, late, disappear during shifts, or do not follow instructions, do not apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Call new leads immediately
Follow up with customers
Schedule appointments
Send text messages and emails
Update CRM and customer notes

You will be trained, but you are expected to learn quickly and perform immediately.

SCHEDULE

U.S. daytime hours (Philippines night shift)

PAY

$5 per hour to start
$6 per hour based on performance
