About Us:
We are a dynamic and innovative boutique consulting agency working with fashion and beauty clients. We are looking for a talented Virtual Assistant who can manage appointment setting to join our team. If you are passionate about social media, skilled in communication, and have a knack for generating leads, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
-Social Media Outreach: Proactively engage with potential clients on various social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to introduce our services and build relationships.
-Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through social media channels, online communities, and other digital platforms.
-Research: Conduct research to identify new leads and gather relevant information about potential clients.
-Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing relationships.
-CRM Management: Update and manage lead information in our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and organization.
-Performance Reporting: Track and report on outreach and lead generation activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
-Must have personal laptop
-Available to work 9am - 5pm Eastern Standard Time
-Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
-Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to analyze and report on outreach and lead generation activities.
-Familiarity with Google Sheets and Google Docs is a plus.
