JOB OVERVIEW

This job also offers bonuses and will increase the hours as time goes by as well as the pay amount. Looking for someone who is able to work Hawaii Time hours 8:00 am to 10:00 am. that is 2:00 am to 4:00 Philippine time. Serious Inquiry only, possible to retain job for a long period of time. Flexible remote working hours, with availability during key business hours.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace are required.
Administrative Support
Manage and maintain the real estate agent’s calendar, scheduling appointments, property showings, and meetings.
Handle correspondence via email, phone, and messaging apps, ensuring timely responses to clients and partners.
Organize and maintain digital files, including property listings, contracts, and client records.
Assist with transaction coordination, ensuring all documentation is complete and deadlines are met.
Prepare and send client documents, including disclosures, agreements, and reports, for electronic signing.
Marketing Support
Create and manage real estate marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Design and distribute marketing materials such as property flyers, brochures, and email newsletters.
Update and maintain the agent’s website and online property listings.
Schedule and post engaging social media content, including market updates and property highlights.
Monitor marketing analytics and prepare performance reports.
Customer Service
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing friendly and professional communication.
Follow up with leads and schedule consultations with potential buyers or sellers.
Coordinate and confirm property showings, open houses, and client tours.
Assist clients with questions related to the real estate process.
Research and Data Management
Conduct market research to provide comparative market analysis (CMA) reports.
Monitor real estate trends and provide updates to the agent or team.
Manage and update CRM tools with client and lead information, ensuring accuracy and follow-up schedules.
Technical Tools
Use tools such as DocuSign,or ZipForms to manage real estate transactions.
Manage property databases on platforms
Leverage virtual tour software or scheduling tools like Calendly to enhance client experience.
