Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and organised Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support our growing e-commerce livestream operations across Shopee and TikTok Shop. This role will focus on coordinating livestream schedules, managing host bookings, ensuring smooth day-to-day livestream operations, and supporting backend administrative tasks for a team of 21 live hosts across multiple brands.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Shopee and TikTok Seller Centres, understands livestream workflows, is highly detail-oriented, and can efficiently manage multiple schedules and moving parts in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Prior experience supporting livestream management or creator coordination is highly preferred.
