N&M Properties LLC is a growing real estate investment firm. We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. You will support our general administrative operations, property management, and lead generation.

Job Description & Core Responsibilities
N&M Properties is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to manage daily operations and administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Email
& Communication Management: Monitor and answer daily emails promptly, serving as a primary point of contact for real estate agents, contractors, lenders, clients, attorneys, title companies and CPAs. Inform additional tea ---------- mbers of required administrative action to be taken.

Calendar & Meeting Management: Efficiently schedule professional meetings, coordinate appointments across multiple parties, and actively maintain the owner's daily work calendar to prevent scheduling conflicts.

Financial Coordination: Process and track inbound and outbound payments to all above noted parties.

Document Organization & Filing: Systematically file, categorize, and organize all expense receipts, invoices, contracts, and business documents into Google Workspace (Google Drive).

Property Management Communication: Coordinate maintenance requests and maintain communications with tenants.

Lead Generation: Assist in lead generation: pulling list data, analyzing property values, and tracking market changes.

Requirements:
Language Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to interface professionally with attorneys, CPAs, real estate agents, and lenders.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (specifically Google Drive for document organization and file management).

Financial Literacy: Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles, including the ability to accurately categorize expense receipts and process inbound/outbound payments securely.

Real Estate Familiarity: Prior experience working with real estate investors, property managers, or real estate agencies is highly preferred.

Schedule & Availability: Ability to work a fixed Monday–Friday schedule fully aligned with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours for real-time collaboration.

Attention to Detail: Absolute precision in following multi-step processes, administrative guidelines, and security protocols (tested directly via the mandatory application instructions).

Workplace Infrastructure: A reliable, high-speed internet connection, a quiet remote working environment, and a functional computer equipped with a webcam and microphone for video meetings.

Legal Compliance: Willingness to sign a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect sensitive corporate financial records and proprietary operations prior to onboarding.

Job Details & Compensation Structure
Compensation & Payment Schedule
Starting Rate: $5.00 / hour (Paid in USD).

30-Day Probationary Period: During your first 30 days, pay will be disbursed weekly every Friday to ensure a smooth transition and build mutual trust.

Standard Pay Schedule: Upon successful completion of the 60-day probationary period, payments will transition permanently to a bi-weekly (every two weeks) schedule.

Schedule & Work Hours
Work Days: Monday through Friday.
Off Days: Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Off).
Shift Type: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Time Zone Alignment: Candidates must be available to work during US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours [Insert hours here: e.g., 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST] for real-time collaboration and team communication.

Benefits & Perks
Base Salary Position: Please note that this is a direct contractual position. We do not offer health insurance, paid time off (PTO), or secondary benefits packages at this time.

Following a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be requested to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to beginning employment.

Stage 4: Job Offer & Weekly Onboarding. The selected candidate will receive a formal offer letter detailing the start date, tech stack setup, and immediate training resources to begin their paid, weekly-disbursed 30-day probationary period.
