Virtual Assistant

We're a growing e-commerce brand selling a premium physical product. Looking for a virtual assistant to handle daily customer service via email.
What we need:

Fluent English with strong writing skills
Experience with Shopify (orders, refunds, fulfillment)
Comfortable using Gmail
Able to use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to draft and improve responses
Fast learner who can work independently and make decisions
Detail-oriented and reliable

Details:
Full-time, 8 hours/day with a flexible schedule — work whenever you want as long as everything gets done. Starting at $400/month with room to grow.
