We are currently looking for a reliable, proactive, and motivated Virtual Assistant / Recruitment & Operations Support professional based in the Philippines to assist with recruitment, operations, customer support, and online brand growth activities.

This is a fully remote position within a growing startup environment with strong long-term potential for growth, expanded responsibilities, and future operational opportunities.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Applicant Support
- Post job advertisements on approved platforms
- Respond professionally to applicant questions and inquiries
- Assist with candidate sourcing and screening coordination
- Organize applicant records, spreadsheets, and recruitment trackers
- Support onboarding coordination for new applicants or contractors
- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups when needed

2. Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage spreadsheets, documents, and operational trackers
- Assist with scheduling and internal coordination
- Organize files, reports, and operational updates
- Support day-to-day administrative and support tasks
- Help maintain organized workflows and communication records

3. Customer & Community Support
- Respond professionally to basic user, applicant, or contractor inquiries
- Assist with communication and follow-ups
- Escalate operational or urgent matters to management when required
- Help maintain a positive and professional online experience

Requirements:
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Comfortable communicating with international applicants and users
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer/laptop
- Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
- Comfortable using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and online communication tools
- Comfortable and proficient in using different mobile apps, online tools, communication platforms, and productivity software
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and applications
- Ability to multitask in a remote startup environment
- Recruitment, customer support, admin, or virtual assistant experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the company

Compensation:
- CAD $500 per month
- Full-time remote independent contractor position
