We’re looking for a driven Virtual Assistant to help us identify and connect with business owners who can benefit from these solutions
???? Your Role
You will be responsible for outbound prospecting and initiating conversations with business owners through:
LinkedIn outreach (connection requests + messaging)
Job posting platforms (Indeed, Craigslist, etc.)
Basic online research to find ideal prospects
Your goal is simple:
???? Start conversations and generate interest in our AI solutions

???? Responsibilities
Identify business owners who rely on leads and appointments (home services, healthcare, legal, real estate, etc.)
Send daily outreach messages via LinkedIn and job boards
Engage prospects and qualify interest
Book appointments or hand off warm leads to our team
Track outreach and responses

???? What We’re Looking For
Strong written English and communication skills
Comfortable using LinkedIn and online platforms
Self-motivated and consistent
Sales or lead generation experience is a plus (not required)
Ability to follow scripts but also think independently

???? Compensation
$5 per hour (if applicable) + performance bonuses per qualified lead or booked appointment
