Virtual Assistant

Part time role that will grow into long term role. As we build, your responsibilities will grow too.

Experienced with Canva (required)
? Familiar with Skool or willing to learn quickly
? Detail oriented — you follow briefs exactly, no improvising
? A clear communicator — you send a daily update without being asked
? Available during Eastern US hours at least part of the day
? Able to work independently with minimal hand-holding

Graphics (Week 1 — one time setup):
? Build all branded Skool graphics using a detailed brief I will provide
? Fonts, colors, hex codes, and copy are all provided — you just build
? Deliver all files within 48 hours of hire
Community Management (ongoing weekly):
? Post the Hot Seat Monday announcement every Monday
? Post the Thursday call reminder every Thursday morning
? Spotlight one member win per week using our win template
? Welcome new members when they join
? Monitor the community daily and flag anything that needs my attention
? Organize and upload weekly call recordings to the Classroom tab
? Keep the community tabs clean and organized
