Virtual Assistant

I'm looking for a virtual assistant who can assist with my day to day operations for tech recruitment. You either have computer science knowledge, or is happy to learn deep tech (if not, this is not the right job for you). You must also be success-driven financially. The salary is structured in a way that benefits top performers (usually comes with hard work).

Tasks includes:
- Using linkedin to search for the best technologists for a certain job
- Sending messages using a template dependent on the person's background
- Performing other research tasks

Interview stages:
1.) Introductory chat
2.) Take home tests
3.) Technical chat
4.) Offer stage
