Daily Work Description:

• Running reports from point of sale system (POS) in preparation for payroll
• Audit payroll reports for inaccuracies
• Audit sales and inventory reports for error and loss prevention
• Chargebacks and reports for loss
• Talent recruiting cold calls
• Organization of current company spreadsheets
• Contacting clients for different projects through
• Updating employee compensation packets
• Listening to calls and auditing to ensure excellent customer service
• General administrative support
Skill Sets Required:
• Be able to speak English proficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and use of cloud based storage/sharing systems (Google drive)
• Basic accounting
• Be able to navigate websites/emails and extract required data into excel
