We’re a fast-growing marketing agency running high-performance Facebook ad campaigns for outdoor living companies — think stunning pools, custom patios, and outdoor kitchens. Our mission is simple: deliver qualified leads and help our clients close deals that grow their business.

We’re looking for a driven, detail-obsessed Virtual Assistant to help us move even faster. You’ll be a key player behind the scenes — onboarding new clients, launching campaigns that convert, and keeping our systems running like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the client onboarding process — set them up for success from day one
- Launch and monitor Facebook ad campaigns (we’ll train you on our SOPs)
- Build automations, workflows, and landing pages in GoHighLevel
- Edit ad visuals and short-form videos using Canva and CapCut
- Join daily team huddles to align on tasks and priorities
- Work closely with the CEO and Head of Client Success — this is a strategic support role, not just admin

What We’re Looking For
- Some hands-on experience with Facebook Ads (even basic is fine)
- Intermediate skills in GoHighLevel, Canva, and CapCut
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized
- Reliable internet and excellent communication skills
- A proactive, self-driven mindset — we expect you to think independently, not wait for instructions
