Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Brett Hammon Films Upgrade to see actual info
Job Type: Part-time (~20 hours a week . Roughly 4 hours per day, from Monday - Friday)

Overview:
Hi! I am seeking a dedicated and organized Virtual Assistant to support my growing team. The ideal candidate will be positive and easy to work with, and will assist with administrative tasks, client onboarding, preproduction coordination, and post-production management. I will train you on anything new that you need to learn, so if you have strong communication skills and a proactive mindset, I'd love to hear from you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Weekly Administrative Work:
1. Google Calendar Management
2. Gmail Management (Organize incoming emails, delete spam and manage my inbox for efficiency)
3. Help me organize and schedule all film shoots with clients.

Preproduction Coordination:
1. Email new clients to welcome them, and send them their invoice and contract.
2. Email clients 24 hours before the shoot with the call-time, location and what to expect.
3. Email the behind-the-scenes (BTS) videographer with the call-time, location and what to expect.

Post-Production Management: (You'll be trained on this).
1. Upload the footage from the server to:
- Google Drive, so that my editors have access to all the footage
- Otter.ai, for written transcriptions of the interviews
- Opus Clip ai, for 1-click social media clips
2. Post social media clips to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube

Qualifications:
1. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Strong communication abilities (both written and verbal).
3. Familiarity with Google Drive, Zoom, and email management tools.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
5. Reliable internet connection
