Job Description: Virtual Assistant with Expertise in Dan Martell's "Buy Back Your Time" Framework
We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to help our business implement Dan Martell's "Buy Back Your Time" principles. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling a variety of administrative tasks, allowing our leadership team to focus on high-value activities that drive business growth. This position is part-time to start, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time as the role evolves.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar
- Coordinate meetings and send reminders
2. **Administrative Tasks**
- Create and issue Purchase Orders (POs)
- Order office & job supplies
- Handle end-user product registration for company software and hardware
- Manage document filing and organization
- Manage Accounts Receivable, making collection calls/sending
3. **Microsoft Office Suite Expertise**
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft OS, including SharePoint
- Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Manage file sharing and collaboration through SharePoint
4. **Customer Service**
- Respond to routine customer inquiries
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) system
5. **Research and Reporting**
- Conduct market research as needed
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership team
6. **Travel Arrangements**
- Book flights, hotels, and transportation for business trips
- Prepare itineraries and manage travel expenses
## Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft OS, including SharePoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with Dan Martell's "Buy Back Your Time" principles is a plus
