???? About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant who is:
? Fluent in English (both written & spoken – near-native level)
? Experienced in Instagram management (DM outreach, engagement & scheduling)
? Proficient in Canva & basic editing (creating graphics & simple video edits)
? Capable of tracking data & performance metrics
? Comfortable with outbound messaging (with set targets per shift)

This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to grow within our team. You’ll start part-time, with the potential to go full-time based on performance.

???? What You'll Be Doing
???? Instagram DM Outreach & Engagement – You’ll have a daily target of outbound messages to send
???? Canva & Editing Work – Creating visuals for content & engagement
???? Tracking Data – Logging responses, engagement rates, and results
???? Sales Support – Commission earned on booked calls that I close later in the sales process

???? Work Hours & Compensation
???? Shift: Irish Time 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM | 5 Days per Week
???? Starting: Part-Time (10 hrs/week) – Potential to go Full-Time
???? Base Pay + Commission – Performance-based earnings on booked calls

? Self-motivated & results-driven
? Reliable & organized with good time management
