Virtual Assistant

Daily Rituals is a wellness-focused media brand delivering content, events products that inspire self-care, mindfulness, and growth. With an engaged audience of 11k newsletter subscribers and 10k Instagram followers, we’re all about sharing modern, relatable wellness that feels indulgent yet attainable.

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support paid sponsorship outreach, content management, and video editing. You’ll play a key role in helping us secure brand collaborations and execute our creative projects with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Partnerships & Sponsorship Outreach

- Conduct email outreach to 15-20+ potential brand partners per week, crafting tailored pitches to secure paid sponsorships across various projects. You'll manage these leads, working with our Editor to close them. Our Editor will be able to have calls with potential sponsors if needed, but the goal will be to agree to content / sponsorships via emails.
- Research and identify new sponsorship opportunities, focusing on wellness, beauty, and lifestyle brands aligned with Daily Rituals.
- Assist in managing correspondence with potential sponsors, tracking leads, follow-ups, and negotiations.
- Maintain confidentiality about certain ongoing projects while working strategically to secure partnerships that align with brand goals.

Content Management

- Upload content from Instagram Reels to YouTube Shorts, ensuring alignment with platform-specific best practices (e.g., titles, hashtags).


Video Editing

- Edit 1-2 street interview videos per week, adding branded elements like logos, captions, and transitions (see: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DEvLIz2IPTN/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==)
Ensure the final edits are polished, engaging, and optimised for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.

What We’re Looking For

Skills & Experience:

- Strong communication skills, particularly in brand outreach and sponsorship negotiation.
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and familiarity with content trends.
- Video editing skills using tools - must be a CapCut Pro user.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with experience managing spreadsheets, lead trackers, or simple CRMs.

- A creative mindset with the ability to identify brand opportunities and improve processes.
- Self-motivated and proactive—you love taking ownership of tasks and working independently.
- Discretion and confidentiality: You’re comfortable working on confidential projects and maintaining a high level of professionalism when representing the brand.
