A motivated assistant who schedules at least one qualified appointment per day can earn an additional $35–$40 per week in commission.

Job Overview

Interstate Logistics Partners LLC is a growing U.S.-based freight brokerage that connects businesses with reliable transportation providers across the United States.

We are looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant who can help generate leads, set appointments, and assist with basic operational tasks. The primary focus of this role is contacting potential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our logistics team.

This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable speaking on the phone, and motivated by performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

Contact potential leads and businesses to introduce our logistics services

Schedule qualified appointments for the logistics manager

Answer inbound phone calls and respond to inquiries

Follow up with leads that previously requested freight quotes

Track leads and appointment activity in Google Sheets or CRM

Assist with basic administrative and operational tasks

Maintain organized records of calls, leads, and follow-ups

Communicate regularly with the team through email or messaging platforms

Requirements

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone

Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Strong organization and attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Basic experience with Google Sheets and email

Customer service, sales, or appointment setting experience preferred

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Virtual assistant or remote support experience

Sales, telemarketing, or lead generation experience

Logistics or freight industry knowledge

CRM experience
