Administrative Anchor
Reorient is in need of a administrative partner to help provide its founder space and time to restructure for growth potential.

Maintain founder’s schedule and emails
Maintain Reorient’s various outfacing calendars
Organize content and oversee communications for Reorient programs and events
Coordinating with founder, schedule and support leadership meetings, planning processes and development rhythms

Wise Systems Builder and Tech Support
Offer a practical, tech savvy, calming presence that simplifies processes and creates smooth, efficient workflows and environments for Dean, the team, and the community.

Design and maintain simple, healthy, efficient systems for…

Leadership meetings and volunteer connections
Communications and on-going member participation and community engagement
Content development flows and organization
Event/Program registration and reminders
New member onboarding and follow up
Outreach and basic marketing and social media

Organize and update email lists.

Integrate and maintain our Apps tools and platforms:
Current Apps and Platforms: WIX, WordPress, Mighty Networks, Donorbox, Calendly, Google Workspace, KIT
