Right Touch Painting offers:
- Paid bi-weekly via Wise
- 13th Month Bonus paid every December
- 5-15 hours per week Part-Time Work

Should you accept the challenge, this role will involve:
We will begin with a good amount of training and practice to make sure you are comfortable with all systems and company processes before you interact with customers.

Following training you will be responsible for customer communication and scheduling for projects as they are awarded. You will be responsible for each project from the time it is won to when the project is handed off to a project manager for production. You will interact with customers by email to collect color selections or arrange color consultations, schedule their project with our painting crews, and handle all the preparation details needed to get them ready for residential painting.

Applicant Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills is Required. Professional fluency in English to be able to communicate professionally with customers and some understanding of American slang is necessary.
- A problem solver. We will give you the tools and systems, train you to be successful, but we are looking for someone who can solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Flexible. A willingness to take on tasks, instructions, and/or additional work requests as required.
- In your application, let us know your favorite summer activity – aside from getting to know you better, this will tell us if you have read the ad carefully!
- An energetic personality, able to connect with people effectively and tackle any task with a positive attitude.
- Excellent time management, and organizational skills.
- Highly competent with Google Suite, and able to learn new software systems quickly and efficiently. Knowledge of text expander and construction related CRMs is a plus.

Basic Technical Requirements
- Your own laptop/desktop computer that is reliable, quick, has 8GB RAM; with Chrome installed and ability to change it to MST time.
- Space on your laptop/desktop computer to download, and run effectively, various software for the job
- A consistent and stable internet connection of at least 10MBPS, with a backup internet connection
- Noise-canceling headset/headphones
- A quiet and dedicated workspace free of distractions

Position Type & Schedule: 12am-8am PHT availability with a focus on being active for the first 3 hours of the day for contact with the management team and customers. Timely responses are expected during MST business hours.
