Short-Form Video Editor (Instagram & TikTok)

About the Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-driven Short-Form Video Editor to craft compelling content for TikTok and Instagram Reels. In this role, you will take raw footage and transform it into high-quality, platform-ready videos that reflect the creative direction and brand identity of both a growing company and its founder's personal brand.

Schedule
Flexible within Eastern business hours | Monday – Friday | 4 hours daily (20 hours/week)
What You'll Be Doing

• Transform raw footage and assets into polished, engaging short-form content for both the company and founder's personal social pages
• Edit and deliver Instagram Reels and TikTok videos that align with established brand guidelines and creative direction
• Ensure visual consistency across all video content spanning multiple studio locations
• Play a key role in expanding the brand's TikTok presence through platform-native content
• Work closely with the Director of Marketing to execute content calendars and campaigns
• Tailor content formats and styles to match platform-specific audiences and trends
• Contribute to the content strategy across both the company and founder's Instagram and TikTok pages
• Engage in onboarding sessions covering brand vision, social strategy, and content expectations

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience editing short-form video content for Instagram and TikTok
• Solid understanding of current social media trends, formats, and engagement best practices
• Self-motivated with the ability to execute creative direction independently
• Sharp eye for detail in visual storytelling and brand presentation
• Strong written communication skills for seamless remote collaboration across time zones
• Proven ability to juggle multiple content streams while consistently meeting deadlines
