Video editor

Need help creating short format videos of longer recorded videos already ready to be edited. Would like to have overlays, captions, etc using AI or stock images/gifs to accomplish this in the most clean and efficient manner. If the edits look great we can work together part time or full time creating many more! We will start with one 5 minute video as an audition to see who creates the best video and go from there. I want to keep it as scientific as possible, while also enhancing the audio and video quality as much as possible
