Real Estate Digital Marketing & Listings Specialist (Remote)
Location: 100% Remote

Do you have a passion for real estate marketing, digital content, and brand growth? Casamona International, a real estate agency with 20 years of experience in Barcelona, is looking for a Digital Marketing & Listings Specialist to enhance our online presence, manage property listings, and create high-quality visual content.
If you are a tech-savvy marketer with skills in social media, SEO, real estate photography, and digital branding, this role is for you!
Your Mission: Grow Casamona’s Online Presence & Improve Property Listings
Manage & Improve Real Estate Listings
Create, update, and optimize property listings on Casamona’s website and real estate portals (Idealista, Fotocasa, ThinkSpain).
Ensure all listings have high-quality images, engaging descriptions, and accurate details.
Monitor listing performance and implement strategies to improve ranking and visibility.
Real Estate Photography
Edit high-quality property photos and videos to showcase listings.
Create professional video tours for YouTube and social media.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials and marketing assets.

Real Estate Videography

Must know how to use CapCut Pro and have experience with using it - it is fairly straightforward and to be good you just need lots of practice.
Use the same template for each video, with the Casamona logo, professional music and a call to action message at the end of the video.
Then must post the video on Youtube with a suitable title and caption.

Enhance Casamona’s Digital Presence
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Oversee social media content creation (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook groups) with a focus on high-quality visuals and video marketing.
Optimize SEO, website performance, and Google rankings to attract more buyers and renters.
Branding & Graphic Design
Maintain Casamona’s brand identity across all marketing materials.
Design promotional materials, social media graphics, and listing presentations.
Oversee offline marketing initiatives like flyers, branded materials, and others.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in digital marketing, online brand management and real estate listings is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM systems ( Sooprema), SEO, Google Analytics & Ads knowledge.
Strong photography and video editing skills (real estate photography experience is a plus).
Advanced skills in Photoshop and other editing tools.
Ability to work remotely while actively collaborating with the team in Barcelona to ensure good communication and project coordination.
A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and brand consistency.
