Video creator: AI Avatar Twin Video Work

I am looking at an experienced video creator to create videos using my personal AI avatar, just like the videos on the account below, including creating the scripts for the content, that I would need to approve before production. Looking for high quality and lip synching to be excellent, should it look real, seamless and video should not look like AI. Candidate will be creating multiple videos and image posts on a daily basis and posting them on our social media accounts such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube:
