Role: Video Sales Specialist (Full-Time)
Location: Remote | Flexible Hours
Salary: Up to PHP 90,000 [35,000 (base) + 5,000 (Benefits) + 50,000 (Commission)]

What Success Looks Like for a Video Sales Specialist (VSS):
A top-performing VSS is a creative, tech-savvy self-starter who generates high-quality leads through engaging video outreach. They consistently meet targets, book sales meetings, and build rapport with prospects while embodying our data-driven, results-focused culture.
Job Scorecard (Metrics to Measure Performance):
1. Daily Video Outreach – Send 10 personalized video pitches daily via Vidyard/Loom (50 per week)
2. CRM Accuracy – Maintain 100% updated lead records in GoHighLevel(GHL)
3. Sales Training – Maintain 100% completion rate for your on job trainings
Job Responsibilities:
1.Create personalized video audits/pitches (using Vidyard/Loom) to engage 7-8 figure Amazon sellers.
2. Identify and cold outreach to prospects via LinkedIn,
3. Manage inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and book discovery calls for Sales Managers.
4. Track all outreach in GHL, ensuring accurate lead scoring and follow-up.
5. Attend weekly strategy sessions with the Sales & leadership team.
6. Complete all Trainings to improve your performance and earn more commission
Experience Requirements:
1. Video Outreach – Experience creating sales videos or content (portfolio examples encouraged).
2. CRM Experience – Familiarity with GHL, or similar CRM tools.
3. Amazon Seller Ecosystem Knowledge – Basic understanding of FBA, PPC, or Amazon SEO is a plus.
Salary: Up to PHP 90,000 / Month (No upper limit Cap)
Base Salary is PHP 35,000
Monthly Benefits: The Contractor will be reimbursed up to PHP 5,000 for:
Healthcare Reimbursement – PHP 2,000
SSS Reimbursement – PHP 1,500
Internet Bill reimbursement – PHP 1,500
Annual Benefits: These benefits are voluntarily offered by AMZDataIQ
Paid Time Off – 12 days per calendar year
Maternity, Paternity, and Parental Leave as per Philippine Law
13th Month Bonus – Prorated for the year and paid on 15th Dec every year as follows: 13th Month Bonus = (Total Monthly Fees paid from 1-Jan to 31-Dec) / 12
Performance Based Commission ~ PHP 50,000 (No Upper Limit)
Qualified Appointments Booked: PHP 1,500 per appointment
New Client Sign up: PHP 10,000 per client
An average VSS books 20 appointments and signup 2 clients each month
20 Appointments x 1,500 = PHP 30,000 / month
2 New Clients Signup x 10,000 = PHP 20,000 / month
We will be training you on how to make better videos for the job, hence your videos will become more engaging over time and you will earn more commission.
