Who We're Looking For:
- A Filipino based in Dubai who can communicate effectively in English.
- Proven videography experience using professional recording equipment.
- Proficient in managing studio lighting for podcast environments, video editing skills for preparing raw footage; audio mixing experience is a plus but not required.
- This role involves handling heavy equipment, so we need a candidate who can manage that safely.
- Highly organized, with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- We're looking for someone eager to learn, creative in their approach, and excited to be nurtured into a long-term role within our agency.

What You'll Do:
- Record social media content and podcast sessions using professional recording equipment to capture high-quality podcasts.
- Set up and control studio lighting for our podcast studio, applying techniques such as key, fill, and backlighting to ensure optimal image quality.
- Prepare raw footage by performing preliminary edits to ready files for our dedicated editing team.
- Gain hands-on experience in managing a podcast studio, including learning live mixing and audio operations.
- Work closely with our team and communicate directly with leadership to ensure projects meet our standards.
