Video Podcast Editor - Long Term Opportunity

I run a video podcast production studio and I am actively producing shows for clients who utilize our studio services. I am looking for a skilled editor to join our team long term as we grow. Please do not apply if you don't have any experience editing video podcast; including trailers/intros, reels etc.

This starts as a project based role with the goal of becoming an ongoing monthly position.
You must be able to:

Edit long form video podcasts — multi camera
Create short form reels and clips from episodes
Edit podcasts in multiple languages
Create intros and outros
Add sponsorship segments when needed
Utilize AI tools to enhance workflow and efficiency including AI b roll
Deliver completed episodes within 72 hours of receiving files
Communicate quickly and efficiently
Work independently with a solid reliable workflow

Software — Proficient in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve.
